Shipping

At this time, we ship only within the United States. Standard shipping begins at $4.96 and is calculated based on the number of items ordered. Free standard shipping is available on orders of $70 or more after discounts.

Every Seventh Standard item is prepared specifically for your order. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after the order is placed. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. During product launches, holidays, severe weather, or carrier disruptions, fulfillment and delivery may take longer. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order enters production or ships, we may be unable to change the address.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each item is made to order, contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after production begins. Orders that have entered production or shipped cannot be canceled.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will work with you on an appropriate replacement or refund.

Exchanges

Because our products are prepared to order, we cannot guarantee direct exchanges. The fastest option is typically to request an approved return and place a new order for the preferred size or style.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
